Sales Tracks Terms and Conditions
"We", "Us" or "Service" – means Sales Tracks which is operated by Muzicall Limited, registration number 04964271, whose registered office is at Balfour House, 46-54 Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 7QA."RingTagz" – a consumer Ringback Tone service provided by Muzicall Limited
"Administrator" – the account holder of the contract with the mobile network provider.
"Website" – means the Sales Tracks website at www.salestracks.co.uk
a) What is Sales Tracks?
Sales Tracks is a service on which a pre determined audio recording(s) is (are) played to your callers instead of the UK standard ITU ringing tone.
b) How does it work?
You are required to add mobile telephone number(s) that you would like the Sales Track service to operate on.
Following this, you will do either through the Website:-
- Choose your message from our premade library of different styles
- Upload your own jingle/message from your computer (content is subject to moderation by your Mobile Network Operator and/or Sales Tracks)
- Record from your computer (content is subject to moderation by your Mobile Network Operator and/or Sales Tracks)
- Write your own script, selecting a pre-set voice artist and have it professionally recorded in a studio at an extra cost*.
*If you have less than 50 (fifty) activated mobile numbers (at any given time) using the Service then Options (iv) this is subject to a payment of a £41.66 (ex VAT) Content Production Fee per individual recording created by Sales Track.. Payment for this is made by credit card using PayPal through the Sales Tracks Website.
c) Who can use the Sales Tracks Service?
You can use the Sales Tracks Service if you are a "Pay Monthly" or a "Pay As You Go" , mobile telephone customer of Orange or T-Mobile, who registers for the Service through the Sales Tracks Website. The minimum requirement to use Sales Tracks is that you have at least 1 (one) operational mobile telephone number that the Sales Tracks service can be applied to.
d) Monthly Fee
Following the 30 day free trial, the Sales Tracks Service costs £1 per month & £2 per month depending on the tariff you have chosen to suit your needs.
e) Pay Monthly
Costs incurred as a result of your use of the Sales Tracks Service will be added to your Mobile Network Operator monthly bill at the time of first activation and thereafter on each monthly renewal date, so long as you have not unsubscribe from the service. If at any time during the current month the mobile is unsubscribed from the service, then the next monthly billing will not take place on the next renewal date.
For all users for the Sales Tracks Service, the Monthly Fees are charged directly by your Mobile Network Operator, and not by Sales Tracks.
f) Subscription Period
Sales Tracks is available for a minimum duration of one month, and you may unsubscribe from the Service at any given time following the initial subscription to the Service without penalty.
The Administrator of the account can re-subscribe any user to Sales Tracks again within sixty days following deactivation of the Sales Track Service, either by adding additional mobile numbers for activation, or by re-activating mobile numbers currently on the Administrator’s account. In the event you do not have, or subscribe any new mobile numbers to the Sales Tracks Service within sixty days following deactivation we reserve the right to remove all uploaded content.
h) Removal of Content:
It is within our and your Mobile Network Operator’s sole discretion to remove Sales Tracks recordings: that have been uploaded by you, from the Sales Tracks Service for legal or rights issues, or as otherwise provided for in these terms. In the event of such removal we/your Mobile Network Operator may (but are not obliged to) offer you a replacement Sales Tracks to the value of the Sales Tracks which was removed. At no point are cash refunds payable.
You can unsubscribe from Sales Tracks by clicking on Contact us & giving us your details to deactivate. Please note, deactivation will be processed on a working day between 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Also, it might take at any time up to forty eight hours before it is due for renewal, after we have received your deactivation request.
All Sales Track content will be available during the duration of your Sales Tracks subscription;
Content will be unavailable due to termination in the following events;
- Payment has not been received by your Mobile Network Operator for the Service; or
- Sales Tracks has not received a Production Fee payment; or
- The Administrator un-subscribes from their account; or
- If you or the mobile number to which monthly Service fees is applied is suspended or disconnected.
k) Consequences of Termination:
If you unsubscribe from Sales Tracks (subject to a minimum of 48 hours from your renewal date) your subscription will not be renewed on the renewal date. No refund for any unused elements of Sales Tracks will be available, but this does not affect your legal rights as a business.
In the event you do not renew your contract with Sales Tracks within ninety days of the termination date, your account will no longer be accessible and content will be removed from the Service.
A Sales Track is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to change or withdraw the Sales Tracks Service at any time. If we do, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can. If we withdraw the service all future payments by you for the service will cease.
m) Network Sharing:
If you have activated network sharing on your Orange mobile telephone and are using a T-Mobile signal, the Sales Tracks Service may not function. They will continue to play again when you return to using an Orange signal. In the event that the Sales Track does not function to your caller, then normal ITU ringing tone will be played automatically instead.
Sales Tracks users may not use the Ringtagz service for the duration of the Sales Tracks contract.
